- Managing your users' access permissions
- Keeping your contact details current for important notices
Prohibited Activities
- Creating fraudulent invoices or fake GST documents
- Illegal transactions or money laundering

Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos and documentation are owned by Invozeo. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over business records you create.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, security risks or legal violations. You may close your account anytime; see Account Closure Policy for data handling.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, tax penalties from data errors, or third-party service failures.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India, before approaching courts.
