Prohibited Content & Activity

• Fraudulent invoices — fake billing, forged tax documents, fake GSTINs
• Illegal transactions — money laundering, prohibited goods/services
• Fake documents — forged e-invoices, e-way bills, or compliance certificates
• Abuse — spam, harassment, phishing via our communication tools
• Unauthorized access — probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the platform
• API misuse — excessive automated load, scraping, reselling access without agreement

Fair Use

Your plan covers reasonable business usage. Abnormally high usage that degrades service for others may be throttled or require a custom plan.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent account termination. We report illegal activity to authorities where required. You may appeal enforcement decisions via our Grievance Redressal process.
